Set your goal for lose weight



Losing weight feels like a torture for some people. They try many ways of weight lose but don’t get the expected result some time they got more weight back after stopping workout. But still there are some lucky man who managed to lose their extra fat. Then we think is there any secret? Answer is, there is no secrete at all.

There is several factor we have to determine before start our weight loss program. So let’s find it there or read below.

First think what makes us gain weight? This is the main question, we have to answer first. Some common things can ruin our total things like, taking meal late, addicted to sweets or fast food, drinking sodas etc. As we can see this things make us fate because they contain too many calories and sugars. We should change this things to maintain our body and archive the goal of weight loss.

Start with realistic goals: Everyone wants instant result but that’s an unrealistic thing. Because we can’t lose weight instantly. If you set a goal of losing 10 pounds this month and workout with these plan and achieve the goal it will feel more motivated to with new weight loss strategy. On the other hand, if you have decided to lose 40 pounds and managed to lose 10 or even 20, the chances are that you will give up and return to your old habits and gain even more weight than you have had before.

Exercise and exercise: Yes I mean it that’s why I wrote it twice. There is nothing like exercise that can help you to reduce your weight. You must have to burn calories for losing weight. Any kind of physical activity is better than doing nothing. If you are too busy with your regular work than you can try walk while going to office, avoid lift take stairs. But going to gym is the best if you can bring some time from your regular work. Remember burning calories mean losing weight.
Our busy life forces us to do two things, which are bad for our weight and health. First, we skip meals, most frequently the breakfast. Then we have a huge lunch because we are too hungry since we have skipped the breakfast. You simply have to stop doing that. Instead, don’t skip meals, eat more often but less, eat healthy.

Find alternative: Find alternative source of high-calories food. We can eat fresh vegetables, fruits without thinking of that can ruin our diet plan. Don’t think that eating a little first food like burger, cheese or pizza will not take effect at our weight, it is the common mistake while we start dieting. Thinking of eating sweet eat an apple, as a snake carrots are great. Just remember never give up. Your mind set will help to reach your goal.
